Young athletes gain experience with general movement patterns through play-based activities, as well as a chance to try and learn about all of the event areas in track and field.


Tuesday, April 21st - 6 to 7 pm Thursday, April 23rd - 6 to 7 pm
Tuesday, April 28th - 6 to 7 pm Thursday, April 30th - 6 to 7 pm (OUTDOORS)
Tuesday, May 5th - 6 to 7 pm Thursday, May 7th - 6 to 7 pm
Tuesday, May 12th - 6 to 7 pm Thursday, May 14th 6 to 7 pm
When: Monday, May 25th to Thursday, August 6th
Times: Practices are Monday to Thursday from 6 to 8 pm.
Ages 7 to 10

Ages 10 to 12
Athletes in this program learn proper, track and field specific warm up techniques and begin to specialize in certain event areas (sprints, distance, jumps, throws, etc.)
Middle/High School
This program is available for athletes looking to improve their abilities in track and field for high school or club competition. Athletes looking to improve speed and power for other sports are also welcome!
Post Secondary/Senior
Athletes competing at the university or senior level have access to coaching, training and meets either year round or when they return home for the spring/summer.
